Wellness Director

Autumn Wind Mineola is the premier family owned and operated assisted living community in Mineola, Texas and we are looking for an RN or LVN to be the Wellness Director to lead our exceptional staff. We are a family owned and operated senior living company looking for someone who enjoys working in a beautiful, new assisted living community with a culture of delivering superior service to our Residents. Our new Wellness Director will be responsible for overseeing the health and well-being of all of our Residents, all clinical aspects of the community, manage, supervise and train our care staff, communicate with Residents' families, physicians and maintain relationships with the surrounding communities.

If you have at least 2 years' experience in a senior living community, enjoy working in a beautiful environment, are passionate about serving others and can lead our seasoned team into the future, we want to talk to you.

Candidates must be computer literate and be able to complete and lead regular on-site, off-site and online education.
