Executive Director

Autumn Wind Mineola is the premier family owned and operated assisted living community in Mineola, Texas and is looking for an Executive Director. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with a great team in a wonderful community. Our new Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the community and develop and maintain relationships with all of our Residents, their families, care partners and our experienced team.

If you have at least 2 years' experience in a senior living community, enjoy working in a beautiful environment, are passionate about serving others and can lead our seasoned team into the future, we want to talk to you.

Candidates must have excellent computer and organization skills as well as the ability to complete and lead regular on-site, off-site and online education. Completion of the Assisted Living Manager Certification preferred.
